An experienced Sales Valuer / Lister required to win instructions, carry out property valuations, grow the sales register, and manage residential sales activity while delivering high service standards within a busy estate agency branch.
This is a super opportunity for a candidate who loves winning new estate agency business and who has the ability to generate new instructions for the right price and the right fee. You will be joining a busy residential sales office in Dunstable.
The role focuses on winning instructions, carrying out valuations, and supporting branch performance while delivering a high standard of service to clients and applicants.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)- Winning new instructions and growing the residential property register
- Carrying out accurate property valuations
- Identifying and maximising new business opportunities
- Advertising properties and coordinating viewings
- Registering applicants and managing enquiries
- Delivering a high standard of customer service, both face to face and over the phone
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Acting as a key point of communication between vendors and buyers
- Preparing accurate property details and ensuring correct data entry
- Progressing sales from viewing through to completion
- Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks
- Building relationships through local networking and community engagement
- Previous listing and/or valuation experience
- Proven ability to win new business
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- High levels of customer service and professionalism
- Confident and positive telephone manner
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a target-focused environment
