We’re looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our high-energy Contact Centre team in Dunstable and play a key role in driving growth across our lettings network.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be central to our lettings lead generation activity, connecting landlords with our expert branch teams nationwide. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify landlord enquiries, and book high-value rental valuation appointments that support branch performance and business growth.

This is a fast-paced, results-driven sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, working to targets, and turning conversations into successful outcomes.

• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a target-driven environment—contact centre, sales, hospitality, or retail backgrounds welcome.

• Proactively engage with landlords via inbound and outbound calls to understand their property and letting needs.
• Convert enquiries and warm leads into booked rental valuation appointments.
• Generate new business opportunities through follow-ups and effective questioning.
• Book and confirm rental appraisals for branch teams, ensuring accurate information is captured.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build trust and long-term landlord relationships.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, enquiries, and appointments within internal systems.
• Work closely with branch colleagues to support shared goals and maximise conversion opportunities.

• Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £26,000–£32,000.
