Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations:
Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King's Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds, our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.

At Dunstable, we are delighted to represent the fantastic Hyundai brand. Hyundai are at the forefront of automotive technology and a class leader in EV vehicles. With an ever-increasing market share its a really exciting time to be strengthening our relationship with the brand. Dunstable is our third Hyundai site, as we currently represent Hyundai at Bedford and Norwich.

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example

Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.

Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5-days week 1 and 6-days week
2), including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be expected to:

• Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
• Support, coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
• Ensure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
• Maintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
• Consistently improve customer satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way

• Industry leading salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped - our highest earners achieved over £50,000!
