Car Sales Manager

We are representing a reputable automotive dealership in Dunstable, seeking an experienced sales professional to join as a Car Sales Manager. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the daily sales operations, with a focus on increasing used car volume, improving margins, and maintaining strong new vehicle performance.

Drive used vehicle sales, profit, and stock turn Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, vehicle presentation, and preparation standards Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed targets Maintain a consistent sales process from enquiry to handover Monitor and improve enquiry handling, follow-up, and sales conversion Promote finance penetration, product sales, and overall deal profitability Ensure all sales activities are compliant and meet company standards Collaborate with senior management on stock strategy and commercial performance Maintain strong new vehicle sales performance in line with manufacturer standards Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed Foster a positive, professional, and results-focused showroom environment Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:
