Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO Dunstable we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team working in partnership with our customer JD Sports. You will be working on a full‑time, permanent basis, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering the hours of 09:00 to 21:00.

• £26,572.20 per annum

• Be involved in all aspects of the warehouse including picking stock accurately and efficiently, marshalling, consolidating and loading/unloading of totes
• Handle small, medium, and large items with a high level of accuracy to fulfil customer orders using a PDA scanner and assemble loads prior to dispatch
• Ensure quality is of the highest standards, and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
• Work in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast‑paced environment is desirable but not essential
• A FLT licence would be advantageous
• Good communication skills, along with good listening skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
• Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed
