Warehouse Administrator
Location:Dunstable
Salary:£28,766.63 per year
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday
Job Type:Full-time
- Monday to Thursday:10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. —8 paid working hours
plus a1-hour unpaid lunch break - Friday:10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. —7 paid working hours
plus a1-hour unpaid lunch break
Total paid hours: 39 hours per week.
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator
to join our client in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment and is confident managing administrative tasks.
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the warehouse operation, helping to ensure stock, deliveries, paperwork and systems are accurately maintained and the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out day-to-day warehouse administration and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries and dispatches.
- Process and update warehouse documentation and paperwork.
- Liaise with warehouse colleagues, drivers, suppliers and other departments.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded on internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve administrative discrepancies where required.
- Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Support the wider warehouse team with administrative duties as required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Able to accurately input and maintain information.
- A strong communicator with a professional and helpful approach.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Comfortable prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
- £28,766.63 annual salary
- 39 paid hours per week
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- No weekend working
