Warehouse Administrator

Location:Dunstable
Salary:£28,766.63 per year
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday
Job Type:Full-time

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday:10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. —8 paid working hours
    plus a1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Friday:10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. —7 paid working hours
    plus a1-hour unpaid lunch break

Total paid hours: 39 hours per week.

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator
to join our client in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment and is confident managing administrative tasks.

The Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the warehouse operation, helping to ensure stock, deliveries, paperwork and systems are accurately maintained and the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day warehouse administration and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries and dispatches.
  • Process and update warehouse documentation and paperwork.
  • Liaise with warehouse colleagues, drivers, suppliers and other departments.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded on internal systems.
  • Investigate and resolve administrative discrepancies where required.
  • Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Support the wider warehouse team with administrative duties as required.
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to accurately input and maintain information.
  • A strong communicator with a professional and helpful approach.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
