Warehouse Operative - FLT Reach & Counterbalance
Location:
Dunstable
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
Pay: £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour under AWR
Contract:
Ongoing Temporary, with the opportunity to become Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative to join am or pm shift team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis.
The successful candidates will have experience operating both FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance and will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Order picking and preparation
- Pallet put-away and stock movement
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely
- Maintaining good standards of warehouse housekeeping and hygiene
- Carrying out general warehouse duties and other tasks as required
- Valid and relevant FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences/certificates
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting bags weighing up to 25kg
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- £14.60 per hour starting rate
- £15.10 per hour once AWR pay applies
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Consistent am or pm shift hours: 06:00- 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
- Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become permanent
- Full training and site induction provided where required
