Our client is growing quickly, and they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their site in Thorn, Dunstable. You will lead the day-to-day running of your shift, keeping orders moving, supporting your team and making sure goods go out accurately and on time.

• Lead, motivate and support your team across picking, packing, goods in and despatch
• Oversee accurate and efficient order picking and packing to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Manage goods in and despatch, ensuring stock is received, booked in and shipped correctly
• Use the warehouse management system to track stock, process orders and keep records accurate
• Liaise with couriers and use courier systems to book, label and release shipments
• Keep the warehouse safe, tidy and organised, in line with health and safety standards

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in:

• Warehouse picking and packing
• Working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Goods in and despatch
• Leading a team in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Dealing with courier systems
• Forklift licences are advantageous

Because of the client's rapid growth, this role requires flexibility across a rotating shift pattern. You must be happy to work any of the following shifts:

• Early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Day shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Night shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
