Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Atlanta, GA

Base salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus and a potential total bonus of $10,000.

• 2 days in office, sandy springs
• $100k–$110k base + $10k bonus
• 401K match, very fast growth to Director

• Oversight of all accounting and financial activity within the region including monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Monthly analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, labor and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate any costs or risks at the unit.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document financial highlights.
• Oversee all client billing and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify issues with billing, collections and financial processing.
• Support month‑end closing process and perform variance analysis of key drivers of results.
• Perform analytics and establish benchmarks for key drivers of existing business.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
• Assist with new business and proposal preparation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• MBA or CPA beneficial but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems & dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self‑motivated to learn new concepts and participate in promotions.
