We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead Full Time to work 10 hours Night Shifts
. The Clinical Lead has the responsibility of supervising and providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Referral Management Clinicians and Nurses. Additional duties include help with team scheduling, filling in for call offs as appropriate, and daily reports. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills are critical components of this job.

Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Lead and support referral management team in achieving goals, providing training, completing staff scheduling and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring facilities and other stakeholders.
  • Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status, new hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures.
  • Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
  • Provide assessing skills in crisis situations, ability to quickly gather and analyze information, assess risk factors, and make informed decisions regarding appropriate interventions.

Qualifications Education

Required:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

Licensure/Certification

Required:

Valid State Driver’s License.

Required Current State License: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or RN.

Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services).

Experience

Required 1-3 years work related experience – Preferred 3-5 years.
