The Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for all services related to the portfolio they are assigned to support, at the direction of a Portfolio Manager. A portfolio can range from one large account to multiple smaller account. These services can also vary based on the size and complexity of the account(s) within this portfolio however these are generally focused on our core services which include financial reporting, budget building/tracking, SOW builds/tracking and tracking, and assisting Portfolio Manager.

  • Guide internal teams through the engagement-specific onboarding process.
  • Place any required client email, laptop & equipment orders as soon as resource access is granted.
  • Maintain an asset tracker for any laptops ordered by SOW Managed Services ("SMS") Team.
  • Walk new hires through any required laptop setup and required access specific to their team.
  • Walk new hires through any required training materials and ensure completion.
  • Assist PM with maintaining stakeholder registry and resource tracker on SharePoint.
  • Assist PM and Billing Team with any fixed fee auto-adjustments.
  • Assist PM, National Account Team, and Account Manager(s) with any QBRs as it relates to SMS data.
  • Assist PM with hosting recurring sync(s) with specific contractors/stakeholders.
  • Collect and document recurring reporting stats from team leads specific to SLAs.
  • Compile and provide reports to stakeholders on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Investigate and resolve any timesheet discrepancies.
  • Assist PM with building/obtaining signatures for any required Milestone Completion Certificates.
  • Track, build, provide, and document any required reporting to clients (LOEs, Accruals, EOMs, burndowns, etc.).
  • Tracking terminated worker stats and providing updates to clients when requested.
  • Act as an extension of the Portfolio Manager and Account Managers, when needed.
  • Flex duties to other portfolios within SMS when necessary. i.e., large hiring groups.
  • Partner with PM and Pricing Team to assist with the weekly financial reporting.
  • Propose ideas and process templates for the overall SMS vision.
  • Assist with ETCs and contribute to internal Q  build and presentation.
  • Participate in training and development program(s) in order to increase delivery exposure and build leadership skills.
  • All other job duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience with financial reporting
