Mount Yonah Medical Billing is a growing third‑party billing company specializing in substance abuse and mental health billing. We are located in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody).

Type: Full‑time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

The Payment Poster oversees the intake of payments. Your responsibilities include accepting payments, processing billing statements, and conducting audits for each billing cycle. This fast‑paced role requires efficiency, high attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accuracy and verification.

• Review denials and partially paid claims and help resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on pending claims to ensure they are paid and/or corrected.
• Collect delinquent accounts.
• Create insurance and client aging reports.

• Associate’s Degree or higher required.
• Completion of a program in medical billing and coding considered in lieu of degree.
• Current Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in medical, hospital, and/or mental health billing and collections strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
