Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, collaborative, and solution-oriented. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a smaller organizational setting, and enjoys contributing ideas outside the traditional HR playbook. Prior HR experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate strong critical thinking, creativity, and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR initiatives across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Assist in maintaining HR records, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Partner with team members to address employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, offering creative and innovative solutions to challenges.
- Administer HR technology and tools to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workplace culture and team engagement.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; candidates from non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-driven mindset.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with HR systems, data, and reporting tools.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
