OverviewAs a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will architect and lead full-stack engineering initiatives across legacy, modern cloud-native, and Salesforce platforms. You will influence technical strategy, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to build scalable, integrated solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Job Specifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise software development, with significant experience in Salesforce.
- 4+ years in a technical‑lead or solution architecture role, designing complex, multi‑system environments.
- Demonstrated experience working across legacy systems and cloud‑native environments.
- Full‑stack development (JavaScript/Type Script, Node.js, React, Java/.NET, Python).
- Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and API integration.
- Legacy architecture modernisation strategies.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops tooling, modern software delivery practices.
- Data modelling, ETL, and integration across diverse systems.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
- Agile methodologies and delivery team leadership.
- End‑to‑end solution architecture across front‑end, back‑end, legacy, and cloud platforms.
- Technical leadership: mentor engineering teams and establish best practices.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
- Solution delivery from planning through deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
- Technology agility: evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.
- Legacy modernization: architect and guide legacy system evolution.

CompensationBase salary range: $109,100 – $224,000. Additional compensation may include performance‑based incentive plans.
