Required Experience- 5+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading AI/ML or LLM-based products from strategy to launch.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered features with LLMs, computer vision, or predictive analytics in production environments.
- Prompt engineering and RAG architectures
- Bias analysis
- AI lifecycle tools (Lang Chain, Vector DBs, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills — can translate model outputs and risks into business impact terms.
- Background in agriculture, poultry, or protein production technology.
- Experience building AI for real-time decision systems or IoT-enabled environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization in perishable goods or livestock.
- Track record applying AI in regulated industries
