• Competitive pay range of $35.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.

You will also be responsible for addressing the residents’ medical conditions, clinical needs, and other healthcare-related incidents that may occur in the community
