Position Available: Full‑time

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

• Current WA State license as an LBA
• Certified BCBA
• Strong work ethic with patience and resilience
• Passionate about helping children
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation

• LBA license in WA and BCBA certification
• Pass criminal background check
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA therapy, autism, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, or management of others
