This is an entry‑level position; no prior experience is required. We will train you to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).

Location: DuPont Area

• Entry‑Level Opportunity:
  No prior experience required. We provide training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in our DuPont Treatment Center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
• Passionate about helping children.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Some college hours or a degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in childcare, education, or other child‑related fields (preferred).

• Potential for advancement after just 6 months with an RBT certification.
• Opportunity to enter our Supervised Fieldwork program to become a LaBA, BCaBA, or BCBA after 6 months.
