LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse | PT (on call)

We are hiring a talented, outgoing LPN to join our team. This is a part-time on-call role with competitive pay and benefits for full-time employees when applicable.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
• Address residents’ medical conditions and other healthcare-related incidents in the community.

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN License.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

• Competitive pay range of $35.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on experience.
