Sales Consultant

Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, including base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid time off accrues at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. We also offer paid sick leave and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• All Sales Consultants must complete the four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training within two weeks of their start date; additional online or computer‑based training may be required.
