HVAC Service Sales

A leading service and design-build HVACR contractor in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our team.

This position will help to develop, maintain and expand the commercial, institutional, and industrial customer base in western PA, northern WV and eastern OH. The successful candidate must be organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented with a drive to succeed.

• Generates sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Establishes customer loyalty by providing the highest level of customer service
• Engineers, designs and estimates the service and new equipment install projects
• Conducts site surveys; documents proposals and work orders
• Develops additional technical skills through on-going training and education
• Actively participates in professional and networking organizations

The successful candidate will possess broad training in a related professional field usually acquired through college level education along with 2-5 years of experience selling HVAC service contracts, preferably in the tri-state region. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and computer skills with intermediate or advanced level Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They will have the ability to handle multiple assignments and have a “can do” positive attitude, and be comfortable working as a member of a team.

The individual must be able to travel locally and should possess a valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience selling with a commission based income a plus.
