What We're Looking For- Independent painting crews with their own business entity and insurance
- Experience with residential and/or commercial painting
- Spray crews familiar with professional systems (Graco, Titan, etc.)
- A commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and reliability
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in Colorado's mountain environments
- Highly competitive pay rates for labor
- A steady flow of projects in Durango and the surrounding areas
- Partnership with a respected, established contractor
- Work in some of the most stunning mountain communities in Colorado
