We're looking for an experienced Project Manager or Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large, ultra-luxury custom home in the mountains surrounding Durango, CO.
This opportunity is with an established Colorado-based luxury custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction and exceptional craftsmanship.
The project is expected to begin in Spring 2027, with an anticipated 12–16-month timeline and potential for an extension onto additional projects.
What You'll Do- Oversee a large luxury custom home project from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage construction schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and field teams.
- Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project milestones, inspections, and construction progress.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure successful delivery of a high-end custom residence.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury custom home construction.
- Background as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent.
- Experience overseeing large, high-end custom residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Experience building in Colorado or the Mountain West preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Durango, CO area for the duration of the project.

- Experience the mountain lifestyle of Durango, Colorado, with access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
- 5+ years of luxury custom homebuilding experience
- Project Management or Superintendent experience
- Experience with high-end residential construction
- Strong subcontractor, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control skills
- Mountain West construction experience preferred
Ability to work on-site in Durango, CO
