Job Overview

Riverview Animal Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative in Durango, CO. The role focuses on providing excellent client experience, handling appointments, managing client communications and ensuring smooth daily operations of the hospital.

• Assist with checking in clients/patients
• Answer phones and reply to client emails
• Relay medical information to clients
• Communicate client concerns with medical staff
• Maintain client information and service data in practice management software
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and e‑mail
• Monitor client waiting area cleanliness
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff
• Assist with day‑to‑day hospital operations

• Minimum 2+ years of related customer service experience
• Veterinary hospital experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer navigation and typing skills
• Sensitiveness to animal and owner concerns

Base hourly range: $17.00 – $19.00, with eligibility for a periodic bonus and shift stipend. Pay determined by role, level of responsibility, skills, experience and education.
