CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Military Training Analyst to support the 428th Field Artillery Brigade, Ft Sill, OK. The analyst will support resident training and instruction to students attending Field Artillery Warrant Office Basic Course and Warrant Office Advance Course (FA WAWOBC/WOAC). The analyst will conduct academic instruction, provide input for updates/training to the program of Instruction (POI) and maintain and update lesson plans in support of FA WAWOBC/WOAC courses.

- Provide full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to classroom, hands‑on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment.
- Participate as a SME in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSP) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction.
- Maintain certification and conduct updated certifications on a quarterly basis and throughout the term of employment
- Establish and maintain a training program.
- Assist with proctoring Project Athena Assessments
- Evaluate students on their assigned subject matter under field, simulated, and classroom conditions.
- Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of the students’ ability, and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status.
- U.S Citizen
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Proficient in MS Teams and SharePoint programs
- Proficiency in DoD tasking systems
- Five to Eight years of Field Artillery experience to teach FA WAWOBC/WOAC courses
- Served in FAWOBC/WOAC Brigade/Regimental/Division Targeting Officer/NCO, Battalion/Regimental/Division Counterfire Officer/NCO, Target Acquisition Platoon Leader.
- Current certification or previously certified within the past 12 months on Target Mensuration Only (TMO), Collateral Damage Estimate (CDE), and Weaponeering. or candidate must be able to pass TMO, CDE, and Weaponeering.
- Possess the Master Resiliency Training (MRT) after certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education with a minimum of five years of FAC experience or
- Associate degree with a minimum of eight years of FA experience
- ATRRS Graduate from MOS producing course
Master’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Qualifications- U.S Citizen
