Regional Patient Experience Manager, Durango Integrated Healthcare, Durango, CO.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the Regional Patient Experience Manager is to provide operational oversight and leadership for designated clinics within the Axis Health System (Axis) network. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, staff development, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires a systems‑thinking approach, a comprehensive understanding of the integrated model of healthcare, and a passion for the delivery of exceptional customer service.

The Manager will work cross‑functionally with leadership across departments to support integrated care and drive strategic goals aligned with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma required;
    Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related social services or healthcare field.
  • Minimum 3 years customer service in a healthcare setting required;
    Preferred 5 years customer service in a healthcare setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

    BLS, CPI

Salary:
Starting at $64,750.40 — $73,840.00 and considers preferred experience and preferred education described above.

    Employee meets targets related to the KPI indicators established for the year.
  • Essential Learning Assignments:
    The Manager is responsible for ensuring they and their direct reports complete Essential Learning assignments by the due date.
  • Performance Evaluations:
    Manager is responsible for completing 90‑Day and Annual Evaluations by the due date.

Working Environment & Physical Activities

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move 15 pounds up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between AHS locations. Possible potential exposure to communicable disease.
