PC/Network Technician - Full Time - In-person role Montrose or Durango, CO
Responsibilities- Support and maintain desktop computers, laptops, terminals, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of IT hardware to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide PC support in a timely and accurate manner, including in-person, telephone, remote access, and email assistance; may include user training.
- High school diploma required; knowledge of patient health information and HIPAA compliance preferred.
- One to five years of experience preferred.
- Required skills:
operate standard office equipment; knowledge of Windows applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook); strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; ability to maintain confidentiality; valid driver’s license and insurability with AHS’s insurance agency; occasional travel.
Occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds. Regularly walk, sit, stand, kneel; occasional climbing or balancing. Ability to sit for long periods at a computer. Travel between AHS locations. Possible exposure to communicable disease. Reasonable accommodations available.
