- Hiring Process:
Profile Review:
Profile Review with Med Sol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation:
Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
Certs/Licensure Requirements CPhT, CO Technician License
What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) All hospital service areas (ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice etc)
Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills- Pyxis deliveries, Pyxis outdates, Pyxis inventory, Monthly outdates, Crash cart checks and refills, Phone triage, Responding to Med Messages, Sterile Compounding
- Must have expereince with Sterile Compounding and hospital pharmacy operations

Pharmacy Techs?
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)- Technicians work a variety of 10 hour shifts and every other weekends. Shift times include: 07-1730 M-F, Mon-Fri, Sat/Sun/HS

Medication Dispensing System? How does it work?Our hospital uses Epic as an EHR, Pyxis for dispensing and compounds sterile products
