Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can handle a variety of tasks and projects as assigned. Typical tasks will range in size and complexity. This position will assist the General Manager with large‑scale projects and tasks as needed and may potentially take the lead on upcoming projects as assigned by the customer.

- Maintain all program documentation, files, and records.
- Manage assigned program tasks and customer communications.
- Prepare cost and revenue estimates and complete project close‑outs.
- Track weekly accruals, scheduling needs, and crew makeup.
- Provide weekly reports, review subcontractor invoices, and ensure accurate billing and revenue.
- Forecast monthly and yearly performance and explain variances.
- Set up new projects, create purchase orders, and review designs/takeoffs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Billing for project setup and reporting.
- Use KPIs to monitor project health and support Operations by removing obstacles.
- Oversee project progress, risks, materials, and customer experience.
- Coordinate critical path, procurement, resource planning, and issue resolution.
- Report project and program status to stakeholders and track change/delay impacts.
- Perform other project management duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience delivering OSP telecommunications services or utility‑related industry services.
- Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Reasoning Ability: ability to process written, oral, or diagrammed instructions; analyze complex issues; and communicate findings with attention to detail.

Skills:
ability to calculate figures, measurements, percentages, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. - Language
Skills:
ability to read, understand, and interpret documents (safety rules, manuals, procedures); write reports; and speak effectively to customers, vendors, and coworkers at all levels. - Software Requirements: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); general computer knowledge.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: stand, crouch, sit, bend, lift or move up to 50 pounds, reach high or low spaces, tolerate moderate noise, and withstand various weather conditions; adequate vision; exposure to typical construction hazards.
The annual salary for the Project Manager role is $73,000 – $102,000, depending on experience.
