- After Mastering Skill Level I: $18.25/hr.
- After Mastering Skill Level II: $18.75/hr.
- After Mastering Skill Level III: $19.25/hr.
- After Mastering Skill Level IV: $20.00/hr.
Increases are contingent on the successful completion of training and when specific attendance and performance milestones are met. It is achievable to obtain skill level IV within one year. Applicable pay increases occur at the beginning of the pay period following the increase period specified above.
SchedulePart-Time:
Monday-Thursday (2:30pm - 10:00pm)
Full-Time:
Monday - Thursday (11:30am - 10:00pm)
Positions are available in multiple departments. Essential functions may include but not be limited to:
- Assemble and pack stock boxes, gift boxes, baskets, and totes from tables and moving conveyors
- Weigh and measure products and materials
- Hand dip and/orsign” candy
- Place nutritional and date labels on boxes
- Prepare and assemble boxes
- Stock product and pull orders
- Perform department specific cleaning duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to carefully follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Ability to visually inspect products and supplies to meet quality standards
- Must have a good eye for quality detail
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including the ability to stand throughout the shift and maneuver around factory equipment and shelving (most positions), frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, push and/or pull up to 200 pounds on a wheeled cart, bend, reach away from the body and above waist level, and grasp small objects, with or without reasonable accommodation
