Start $18.00 per hour. Join McDonald's at the Three Springs location. This position is part of an independent franchise owned and operated by the Bronson Family.

This role provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quick, friendly service. Shift Managers oversee quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over responsibilities.
• Support departments to meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.

• Starting $15 with all training conducted in house; fully certified shift running managers start at $18.
