• Select, mix and serve beverages according to established standards.
• Interact with staff and customers politely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area.
• Assist servers in delivering a great customer experience.

• Minimum age of 18 (per state law).
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact in a team environment.
• Physical ability to remain stationary for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, stoop and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.

Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and dining room guests.

Must wear protective hand/face coverings throughout shift and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
