Coral Shores Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of UHS, is a beautiful 80-bed adolescent and adult Baker Act receiving facility located in sunny Stuart, Florida. Our professional staff provide high quality, individualized care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient’s needs and offer a continuum of mental health and addiction services in a confidential, caring environment that promotes crisis resolution, positive self‑awareness, personal growth and problem‑solving.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining principles of proper food production and other related activities. Prepares and cooks foods according to menu; confers with supervisors as to use of leftovers; makes menu changes as necessary. Responsible for accurate inventory. Maintains high standards of food handling and cleanliness in the work area, and is responsible for high standards of personal cleanliness. Works together with the employees of the department to provide optimal food, nutritional and environmental services to the patients, visitors, and staff to ensure the healing and well‑being of each individual.
Performs a variety of tasks that facilitate the provision of food services and nutrition support to patients, employees and visitors.
