ABRA Shipping & Receiving Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our ABRA Body Shop team. This role is critical to daily operations in a high-volume production environment
, ensuring parts and materials are accurately received, inspected, stored, and shipped to support efficient body shop workflows.
By maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the timely movement of materials, this position helps minimize delays, control costs, and keep production on schedule.

$17.00–$18.00 per hour

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders

• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items

• Accurately record received materials in inventory systems

• Organize, label, and store parts and materials in designated locations

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and carrier coordination

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area and body shop floor

• Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and company policies

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and label generation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8+ hours

• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and stoop as required

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
