As an Associate Field Technician
, you’ll get immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. You’ll learn to perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on fluid and gas systems that support mission-critical operations.

This role requires over 80% overnight travel
, including 30-50% night shifts and must be available to work significant overtime including holidays, weekends & short notice
.

• Set up and operate specialized equipment for cleaning & passivation of vessels and piping
• Work with hazardous chemicals such as citric acid and caustics in a safe, compliant manner
• Handle chemical processes safely using PPE and according to company protocol
• Load/unload equipment and chemicals for each project
• Drive company vehicles to customer job sites (trucks, vans, forklift, etc.)
• Perform physical work in diverse environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops, etc.)
• Maintain organized, clean work spaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standards
• Complete OSHA and company safety training, and follow all safety procedures
• Travel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class “C” driver’s license with clean driving record
• Medical DOT certificate
• Strong math skills (ratios, percentages)
• Comfortable with mobile tech and basic programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English with solid verbal & written skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in PPE across changing environments
• Willing and able to work night shifts, overtime, weekends & holidays

• Technical experience or schooling (AA degree, trade certification)
• OSHA, HAZWOPER, or confined space certifications
• Experience in hazardous chemical handling or field service
