Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is partnered with a local organization to hire a Veteran Services Case Manager
. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Provide case management services for veterans needing housing assistance
- Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans
- Connect veterans to income resources and public benefits
- Support landlord outreach, recruitment, and mediation
- Assist with additional program needs as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience working with vulnerable populations
