In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance and tire services that help keep our customers' vehicles safe and running smoothly. • Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, fluid checks, and other routine vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, replace, rotate, and balance tires and wheels.
• Check tire pressure, tread depth, and wear patterns.
• Service and replace tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) components.
• Replace air, cabin, fuel, and other maintenance filters as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections, check for leaks, and accurately document findings and services performed.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations and service delays to the Service Advisor.
• Move vehicles safely into and out of service areas.
• Protect vehicle interiors and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety practices while completing quality work efficiently.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive maintenance or tire service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tire sizes and applications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Dependable work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle tire and wheel assemblies weighing up to 75 pounds using lifting assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
