Alpha Graphics is looking for a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our print and marketing customers. This is a hybrid role: you'll handle customer needs at the front counter, by phone, and by email, and when production gets busy, you'll jump in to help the production team keep jobs on schedule.

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services (printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, promotional items, etc.)
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accurately
• Review customer files for print readiness and communicate any issues
• Follow up on order status, pickups, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude

• Assist the production team during peak periods and rush deadlines
• Help with tasks such as printing, cutting, trimming, collating, binding, laminating, packaging, and order staging
• Load paper, replenish supplies, and keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform quality checks to make sure finished jobs match order specifications

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, reliably and on time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, by phone, and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness and ability to assist in production when needed
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Competitive pay of $15-$17 per hour, based on experience
