The primary focus of the Bank Machine Clerk is to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of large volumes of cash, including counting, sorting, bundling, and identifying counterfeit currency. Responsibilities include dropping, counting, and balancing AJMs (Jackpot Stations), kiosks, and cash dispensers while ensuring secure transportation of money and following strict security protocols for a smooth transition from the casino floor to the count room.

The clerk reports to the Vault Bank Machine Supervisor.

Start Rate: $17/hr full-time, Evening Shift.

• Handle large volumes of cash: counting, sorting, bundling, identifying counterfeit, balancing monies, and recording/analyzing data.
• Count and maintain all boxes/cassettes following procedures.
• Drop and maintain ATMs, kiosks, recyclers, and cash dispensers.
• Keep accurate records of monetary exchange, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
• Complete all required department paperwork accurately, observing Title 31 regulatory requirements, MICS/TIC, standard operating procedures, internal processes, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Transport money cars, accompanied by security, to each assigned secure location; ensure each location remains secured.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ten key proficiencies:

• Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer literacy required.
• 1+ years of experience handling large volumes of cash.
• Prior cash handling, cashiering, teller, and banking experience preferred.
