What You’ll Do- Ensure all staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
- Deliver and facilitate new hire orientation, management training programs, code of conduct training, and other training as necessary.
- Ensure positive employee relations and build the CMC culture based on our Guiding Principles.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions such as new hires and employee data changes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information entered in the system.
- Oversee implementation of CMC programs to comply with governmental regulations such as EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related Federal & State laws.
- Conduct investigations and formulate responses to government, legal or internally reported employee relations charges.
- Facilitate the compensation planning, performance assessment and employee development planning processes.
- Educate employees regarding CMC’s benefits, including support of the annual enrollment process.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in human resources, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Strong employee relations experience including conducting investigations.
- Must have hourly recruiting experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, with occasional overnight travel required.
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- HR Certification — PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP preferred.
