Position:
Paint Line Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing

Employment Type:

Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and dependable Paint Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a manufacturing paint line. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a manufacturing or industrial painting environment, and the ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work area.

Position Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees working on the paint line.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure products are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee paint line operations, including preparation, painting, curing, and quality inspection.
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Train, coach, and assist employees with proper work procedures and safety practices.
  • Monitor paint usage, materials, equipment, and inventory.
  • Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and communicate problems to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Ensure employees follow all company policies and OSHA safety requirements.
  • Track production, quality, attendance, and other department-related information.
  • Work closely with maintenance and management to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with a paint line, industrial painting, powder coating, or similar manufacturing process preferred.
  • Strong understanding of production and quality-control procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
  • Ability to identify problems and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
