This is an on-site position based in Durban.

Salary:

R22000 - R30 000 per month

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions
• Oversee payroll processing and compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support clients with accounting system implementations (including Odoo ERP)
• Conduct client training sessions on accounting systems and financial processes
• Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other stakeholders where required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of South African tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in preparing financial statements
• Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo experience is advantageous)
• Ability to confidently conduct training sessions and present to clients
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication (fluent English) and problem-solving abilities
