** A well-established professional services firm is looking to appoint a skilled Financial Accountant early in the new year (February or March). This role is ideal for someone with a solid academic background, post-articles experience, and strong exposure to cloud-based accounting systems.

** WHAT YOU WILL DO
** Manage full accounting functions for a portfolio of clients   Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports   Handle Income Tax and VAT submissions   Work on cloud accounting systems (Xero, Pastel, Quick Books)   Assist with year-end processes and audit preparation   Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations   Liaise with clients regarding queries, deadlines, and required documentation   Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements---####
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Honours advantageous)   Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles   Post-articles experience within an accounting firm (e.g. Baker Tilly, PKF, or similar)   

Experience with
** Xero, Pastel, and/or Quick Books
** Strong knowledge of
** Income Tax and VAT returns
