The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Oversee daily bookkeeping functions including cashbook, journals, and reconciliations
• Perform insurance schedule reconciliations
• Assist with invoicing and ensure accuracy against sales reports
• Support debtor and creditor functions
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank, and supplier accounts
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Prepare creditor payments for Finance Manager approval
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Liaise with banks and third-party service providers
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Process payroll (Pay Space experience advantageous)
• Allocate and reconcile credit card expenses and travel costs
• Assist with billing supplier invoices to clients
• Provide financial and administrative support to senior management
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end processes
• Conduct cost control and obtain comparative supplier quotes
• Assist with basic IT‑related queries
