Msuez Uk is a leading company in the Durban area, providing a range of services to businesses and individuals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your main duties will include calculating and processing employee salaries and benefits, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll administration, as well as a strong understanding of payroll software and systems. You must be detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and issues
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
- Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other payroll software
