Half- Bookkeeper​/Payroll Administrator

Are you a meticulous finance professional with experience in payroll and bookkeeping?

A well-established creative agency is looking for a Half-Day Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator to join their finance team and take responsibility for payroll and day-to-day bookkeeping functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and looking for a part-time role within a professional and dynamic environment.

• Process and manage monthly payroll
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
• Process general accounting transactions
• Assist with month-end bookkeeping processes
• Process creditors and related accounting transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial processing
• Assist with general finance and accounting administration as required

• Previous payroll experience
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Ideally studying towards or holding a financial/accounting degree or related qualification
• Strong numerical and financial understanding
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Meticulous and organised approach to work
• Reliable and trustworthy
• High level of confidentiality, particularly when dealing with payroll and financial information
• Good computer literacy
• Experience with Sage Payroll will be advantageous
• Experience with Xero will be advantageous
