Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk to join our head office team.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that customer receipts and supplier payments are accurately captured and allocated daily, keeping the debtors and creditors ledgers up to date at all times.

• Capture and allocate customer receipts and supplier payments daily.
• Reconcile accounts to statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer and supplier transactions.
• Support month-end close by ensuring ledgers are fully up to date.
• Work closely with management and our accountant to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounts clerk role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (knowledge of Zoho Books, Xero, or Sage advantageous).
• Organised, dependable, and able to meet daily deadlines.
