Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area and front-desk operations
Filing and capturing PODs and invoices
Handling imports and exports documentation
Capturing fuel statements for the group (Sage)
Ordering office supplies
Capturing PODs for the group
Booking couriers for the company
Maintaining the daily attendance register
Assisting Directors with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience is preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, approachable personality
