This position will be based at our head office in Durban, KZN.

• Matric Certificate, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 1-2 years experience in data capturing and administration.
• Payroll knowledge in Time and Attendance systems and SAGE 300 is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office-Excel Intermediate level.
• Strong administration skills.
• Team Player.

• End to end processing of the weekly payroll.
• Prepare and process weekly payroll.
• Capture overtime on monthly basis and assist with queries.
• Extracting relevant reports on weekly and monthly payroll.
• Importing and exporting data on the weekly and monthly payroll.
• Reconcile and process leave on the monthly payroll.
• General administration and filing of payroll records.
• Drawing up contracts for 27-hour & 45-hour casuals for allocated stores
• Leave approval and reconciliation.
• Maintenance and filing of personnel files.
• Administration of the out service and maternity leave process.
• Interaction with relevant departments affecting the Weekly payroll.
• System Review and Control.
• Reconcile leave against T and A
