About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Strategy and Operations Manager to join their expanding operations in Durban . This role is central to optimizing business performance by identifying strategic opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and managing key projects that support the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with departmental heads to implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities or potential strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a related consulting role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
